Cool As Well | 16.3 Holsteiner Stallion | 2001 |Sired by Carthargo Z

Cool As Well, a handsome, versatile, gray Holsteiner Stallion was purchased and imported by Christian Wolffer as a 7 year old.  He was taken to Grand Prix level by Frederico Sztyrle

Due to an unfortunate  and untimely accident to Mr. Wolffer, "Cool" was sold and went on to become the ride of an amateur in the jumper ring.

A superbly put together horse sired by Carthago Z and out of a Linaro dam, Cool has exceptional lineage and it is no surprise that this quiet stallion also performed well at Hunter Derbys.

Carthago Z, Cool's sire, went to the Atlanta Olympics in 1996 and Sydney Olympics in 2000 under the exceptional rider, Jos Lansink.  He also holds numerous Grand Prix and National cup wins in Aachen, Rotterdam and La Baule. Carthago Z is considered one of the most influential sires ever and the most important product of Capitol I.

Linaro brings the heart of the Holsteiner bloodlines. He was the champion of his 100 day test in 1991.  A beauty out of Landgraf and Calypso II-Ladyiller, he has been dubbed "Mr. GQ" of the Verband stallions.

Cool is currently at standing at stud in Oldwick, New Jersey and has recently been accepted into the SBS Studbook. Contact us for more information about booking this season.
